12-6-25 OT Got a call last night that the heat was not working again in the front studio. I spoke to Sarah and her husband try to walk through some checks however it did not work. This morning, I checked the Lennox rooftop unit for the front studio. Found the board led blinking twice, indicating a bad ignition board. I did check the power to the new gas valve it did not have power. I also checked and cleaned the igniter rod and the flame sensor and checked and tighten electrical connections. I did get the burners to come on once after multiple tries. We need to pick up a new board if available on Monday morning and install it. Sarah was in the store this morning. I told her she could put a space heater in there but don’t get carried away. It’s not gonna completely heat the space up just kind of temporary air in there until we get back out here Monday and most likely that board should be in stock.
