Company arrived Thursday September 22, of 2022. The cust Was having issues with the their mainline backing up. Upon arrival company ran water in order to visualize the back up. Company gained access through the clean out located in the basement and preformed the main drain clearing special. Company cabled approximately 30’ when the blockage dropped and an additional 10’ to insure the blockage was cleared. Company verified with the customer and can conclude an open drain.
