Pat was very professional and informative during the inspection. It’s always a relief when a knowledgeable expert will tell me the truth in detail w/o trying to sell something I don’t need. Our waste pipe was very old, cast iron, and never been opened so the cap broke off w/o much effort. It wasn’t his fault, but he stuck around to have the part delivered, cleaned off the remaining residue, and put on a new plug cap. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely call LBA again for any plumbing needs in the future.
