Company arrived Friday, September 16 of 2022. Customer was having issues with their mainline backing up. Upon arrival company had the customer run water main line are specific to the floor drain. Company Truman issue to be the main line and perform the main drain clearing special. Before cabling company inspected the line via Camera and discovered multiple root intrusions, and couldn’t get passed approximately 71’. Company cabled the line the full distance of the machine and back (100’) company reinspected the line via camera and discovered a flowing line but 75% of the root intrusions to still be intruding.
