LBA was proactive in getting to me to schedule my Furnance maintenance, I received text telling me Service Tech was in his way and timetable. Nick showed up on time, very professional, very respectful of entering and being in the house, explained everything and was just wonderfully pleasant to work with. I’ll need to replace a lot of equipment so will comment on pricing and value after I have that proposal.
