Checked all operations in the heating and cooling modes. Checked all electrical components and completed a combustion analysis of the furnace. The furnace is burning fuel properly and all electrical components were checking out at this time. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor unit. We found that the thermostat wiring outside had been damaged. Customer said that they have prior experience with wiring and would take care of it themselves.
