Company arrives Friday, September 16 of 2022. Customer was having issues with their mainline backing up. Upon arrival, determined the mainline was the cause of the back up due to toiletries and debris in the floor drain. After purchase of the perfect service family membership, company preformed a mainline cabling using one of the two free mainline openings under the membership. Company cabled out approximately 20-30’ feet when the blockage cleared. Company cabled approximately 5 feet afterwards to ensure an open drain.
