Completed heating tune up today. Gas pressure is in range. Tested downstairs unit in low and high stage heat. Performed combustion analysis in the flue and everything checked out today. Cleaned furnace. Replaced humidifier pad for customer and tested humidifier and it is working properly at this time. Flame sensors tested in range. Accidentally missed step on ceiling joist in attic and stepped on ceiling and it is cracked slightly. We will send someone out to repair this issue. I apologize for my mistake.
