Doug was on time! Very professional and courteous. He cleaned up after the service and was careful to bring in any snow or outside debris. He cleaned his shoes and wore booties inside. I am very pleased. Please have someone call me about changing my service contract to the service he explained. I feel like I got great service and a fair price for the work.
