Company will remove old 40 gallon natural gas water heater. We will mount new tankless to wall and move water and gas to new appliance. We will vent tankless water heater to outside wall of home with proper termination. We will install flush valve on tankless water heater for maintenance. We will run outlet for power to new unit. We will warranty unit for one year parts and labor. 01/10/2022 company arrived at customers house to remove old 50 GAL gas water heater and replace with a new gas tankless water heater.
