Arrived for furnace check on upstairs unit. Static is passing. Heat exchanger looks ok. Carbon monoxide test was 0ppm. There is a good temperature rise. Blower wheel is ok. All electrical is in range. I taped over screw heads to help filter change easier. We talked about switching to our membership plan for both systems, you will at the beginning of the year.
