Company arrive Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Because he was having issues with their mainline backing up. Upon arrival company had the customer run water to determine if it were a mainline issue were specific to the floor drain. Shortly after running water the back up occurred and company located an accessible clean out. Company preformed the main drain drain clearing special traveling approximately 50’ before the cable would go no further. Company ran water and the drain seems to be flowing at this time.
