Dispatched for no heat. At arrival the thermostat was blank. Confirmed that furnace had power. After confirming that the furnace had power it was found to have a faulty thermostat. After changing the thermostat tested the furnace. Found the furnace to have a faulty heat exchanger. And also that the condensation pump did not have power and the overflow sensor took power away from the furnace. This is so it doesn’t flood.
