Company arrived Friday, August 12, 2022. The customer is having issues with their basement bathroom drains backing up. Upon arrival Company perform tests to determine where the blockage was located. After running water from the shower and flushing the toilet in developing an active back up company checked the floor drain further down the mainline and discovered no back up indicating the blockage was between the basement bathroom and the customers inside clean out. Company gave estimates for a toilet pull and cabling. The customer was not interested at this time. Company collected a 120 trip and diagnostic charge to be applied to the given estimates.
