Upon arrival we found that the only components in operation was the indoor blower motor. During our evaluation we found that the capacitor at the outdoor had failed and the unit outside was extensively dirty. Upon customer approval we replaced the capacitor and extensively cleaned the unit. System is operating properly at this time.
