Completed heating and cooling maintenance today. Humidifier has a significant amount of biological growth and I recommend replacing it or at least patching it with sheet metal. There is also a gas leak coming from the meter. Customer declined to have me repair it today but I have included all of these estimates in the email. The water heater is venting improperly. Customer and I discussed replacement options and I have included these as well. Cleaned furnace cabinet. Performed combustion analysis and it is burning properly at this time.
