Company arrived Monday, August 8 of 2022. The customer was having issues with their master bathroom shower backing up along with their guest bathroom lavatory faucet. Upon arrival company observed the customers plumbing system and discovered that both the lavatory faucet and master bathroom shower tie together before entering the mainline. The company determined the best case of action would be to cable the line. Company cabled the master bathroom shower under one of the two perfect service family membership free drain clearings. Company cabled until the blockage was cleared and tested for functionality. Company verified with the customer and can conclude a flowing drain at this time.
