Arrived to perform a coil cleaning. Spoke with homeowner about the system. System is cooling well and coil is mostly clean, but cottonwood seed is heavily packed into the coil behind the hail guard. With homeowners approval performed a coil cleaning. Removed hail guard and set to the side for cleaning. Rinsed coil free of cottonwood debris. Applied enzyme cleaner to the coil. Rinsed hail guard free of debris. Rinsed coil of the enzyme cleaner. Removed any cottonwood seed hanging from the underside of the condenser. Reinstalled the hail guard and gave the system one final rinse to remove any dirty hand prints. Applied power to the system and set a call for cooling. Condenser operates as it should.
