Arrived to AC maintenance. Upon arrival I had the thermostat call for cooling and made my way to the indoor unit. Here I checked for proper temp split/blower operation, flushed the condensation drain, and inspected air filter which was still in acceptable condition. On the outdoor unit the compressor, fan, and capacitor all performed within spec. The refrigerant temps/pressures showed proper heat transfer. I removed all panels from the outdoor coil and cleaned this with water. AC running upon departure.
