Turn off the water to the house and drain down the waterlines then remove your old hose spigot from the 1/2 per and replace it with a new frost free outside hydrant. 08/25/22 company arrived at customers house to perform a plumbing inspection while here the customer had a hose spigot that did not work and wanted it replaced so I wrote up a estimate to replace it with a frost free hydrant, customer accepted and I performed the work then tested for operation and everything works as should and no leaks are present at this time as well. 2 year warranty on the hydrant itself but there is no warranty on the existing water line.
