If it’s not thing it’s another. We have such corrosive water it wreaks havoc on all things plumbing. Tony has been to our house so much lately we feel like we should set him a place for dinner. Seriously, Anthony DiMaggio has done an outstanding job solving all our many issues. Also, a big thank you to LEVEL for getting us help when we need it.

Anthony and Max couldn't have predicted this parts failure. But when it did happen, they responded. This saga included a desperation late night call when water was spraying everywhere. Anthony didn't hesitate to respond. He applied a temporary fix, remediate the mess and said he'd be back tomorrow. You know what, he and Max showed up as promised and all is well. The office staff took my concerns seriously. I even got an unanticipated visit from Rob, the service manager. The efforts of all are much appreciated and it is nice to know that Level values their customers.

Ryan B is the service professional that always comes to my home for both heating and air conditioning routine service and, if necessary, to troubleshoot a problem. He is always prompt, courteous, and always asks how the systems are working before starting to work on them. A time or two, when Ryan was unavailable, another service rep was sent but they did not know how to work on my heating system (radiant hot water heat) and said they would have to get Ryan B there. They took one look at it and said I think I should call Ryan. I trust his knowledge and pray that he is available for a long time to continue to service the systems in my home. I have a 10 year service contract on my systems. I cannot effectively answer the cost/pricing of the service because it was paid for approximately 6 years ago.
