From the beginning to the end Level showed professionalism and quality in their services. Level’s communication from making appointments to service follow up (Via calls, texts, and emails) is excellent. Everyone was always prompt, organized and hard working. All questions and concerns were explained and answered without hesitation until we clearly understood. They left the area completely cleaned and swept when work was finished. They left no trash behind. Chris R came to inspect and service the new unit to make sure it was all working properly. The new thermostat was programmed and explained to us how to use at home and away from home. We are not sure if the price we paid for the new Lennox heat pump system was the best in the market but we are satisfied with the quality service and workmanship we received from Level so far. We will definitely work with them again.

Chris was on time coming to do the consultation for an A/C unit at my home. He was efficient and thorough in examining our old unit. He explained all the issues found and what steps we could take to resolve them. He clearly layed out all possible options we have to choose from. He educated us on so many of these options so that we could make a decision we will be satisfied with. We set an appointment with someone else (Mark) for an actual pricing and I hope that goes just as well. 🙏🏻 Chris was at my home today just to do the consultation but I hope he will come to do the service once we install a new unit. Chris, thanks for your professionalism and patience in explaining all our inquiries not only on the A/C unit but everything surrounding it.
