The only thing that bothered me was waiting for someone to call me back from the office. My previous experience was better, service was pretty much immediate with only the one call. This time I felt I needed to call multiple times. My first call I waited 90 minutes. After not getting a call, I called back and was told someone would get back to me. I waited 45 minutes then had to call again. After the 3rd call back someone was finally sent out. My overall experience with the job was decent, Chris was very professional and did a great job fixing everything that needed to be done.

Chris and Max arrived on time, wearing masks and gloves. They even put on booties to protect our floor/rugs which was much appreciated. They explained the billing in language that was clear to understand and did a thorough job fixing the plumbing problem, most important stayed to ensure it was fixed !! Excellent job, will call again if ever needed. Would definitely recommend.
