It was new years day we had been without heat for 2 days and the outside temperatures were dropping, freezing in fact. Our regular vendor could not get to us until the evening of the 3rd. We called lifetime just to see if they could get here any sooner, they came out that day within 2 hours of calling them, on new years day!!!! A wave of relief came over us when we heard the heat kick on! Thank you, you were a godsend!!

We had a fireplace issue with constant smoke coming out of the fireplace in our home. Spent 1 hour calling 7 different fireplace companies in the area via yelp, but they all were only available to come diagnose only 2-6 weeks out. Lifeteam heating had someone come out the same day, diagnosis, quality professional work. Darrick was on time as promised and took care of business in efficient time. Highly recommend.

After having four other companies come to try to fix our gas fireplace insert, we finally have a working unit. We were told by all four that our insert couldn’t be fixed and the hearth and marble face all needed to be removed and replaced with a new unit. Lifetime tech came out and within a half hour told us that the unit was fine, the problem was a regulator on the outside of the house. Today after a new regulator was installed and then all the pieces those other guys pulled out were put back together tonight we have a working unit. We are so happy.
