I woke up to find the heating unit for a key section of my home was not operating. Temperature was boldly cold in that area and outside temp was to barely rise. Thus, a cold day in store unless fixed quick. I called first thing and was told I'd be made the next call. To their credit, a technician arrived within a couple hours or so and quickly had me running again. Granted, it was a simple limit switch that had to be reset, but being non-technical, I had no way to diagnose and fix. Point of this is... it was quick and my home was warm again by lunch.
