I found the system running in heat when it’s suppose to run in cooling. The thermostat set the programming to default settings. The customer explained it does this when there’s a power surge and that it has done this before. The customer has a new Honeywell thermostat he wants me to install. I installed the thermostat and turned the system on. The blower amps are .13 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The condenser coil is dirty. The disconnect is a square D breaker that is prone to failure. Recommend replacing. The compressor amps are 5.14 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The condenser fan amps are .55 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. All wiring is tight and in good condition. The customer declined recommendations and said he will clean the coil. The refrigerant pressures are 290/133 off due to dirty coil. I cannot obtain proper refrigerant levels until the coil is cleaned. The customer does home improvement for a living and said h
