Excellent Service Yet Again!

Needed some warranty work done on our new units and Chris went above and beyond taking care of the original complaint (complete with installing new parts he didn’t have on hand the same day, someone else brought the parts down from the shop same day!) he also fixed some issues he spotted from the initial installation. Everything no questions asked. Loving Air stands behind their products and installation. Glad I chose them for our new HVAC systems.

Great experience!

I called loving air around 9am and they had someone who could come out same day. When Shawn got here he was very respectful from the start. And listened to all of my concerns. He welcomed me to follow him around and see what he was doing. Shawn answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing step by step and explained the things I could do to better maintain my unit. The air seems to be blowing harder and colder, which is amazing! After Shawn explained the benefits of having the maintenance plan through loving air, I decided it was a no brainer to sign up. Thank you again Shawn!

First Time Home Owner Problems :-)

James is AWESOME! He’s been to my house twice now, and both times he fixed my problem the first time. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even remembered the first issue I had with the unit! My AC broke, and they sent him out the same day. This is an awesome company!!!

Upon my arrival today, the customer greeted me at the front door. He expressed to me that he did not want the maintenance done today. He was confused by what I was doing here today. He thought that we were the company that installed his new system. Which we are not. He ended up finding out that it was total comfort. he just had another Maintenance two months ago. He called the office while I was here today. The office informed him that he would have to pay the maintenance fee for today. The customer was unhappy about this, but allowed me to perform the Maintenance for him today . His words saying that he wasn’t going to pay for something and get nothing during my inspection today. Everything checked out good. It is a brand new ream system. I did give the customer the option for a membership and some search protectors. The customer was very uninterested at this time. All other information is in my check sheet. The customer does not want us contacting him anymore.

Today I inspected the 10-year-old heat pump system. I got started by being greeted by the customer at the front door. He allowed me to come inside and he showed me around all the equipment. He showed me the thermostat the filter which he just changed and the attic hatch as well as the outdoor unit. I got started at the thermostat. I made sure that all operations were proper and all connections behind the thermostat were good. I then made my way to the attic where I started checking cleanliness over the system. The system is clean at this time. I also cleaned the drain line with hot water and the brush that came with the water safety. Then checked the blower motor for proper amperage and the electric heat for proper amperage. As well as the evaporator coil for any refrigerant leaks. I did not find any leaks at this time. After inspecting the indoor unit which checked out good I made my way to the outdoor unit. I did find on the outdoor unit that the insulation for the line set going i

Need to reschedule During my inspection today, the customer greeted me at the door. He then showed me around all the equipment. The thermostat, filter, crawlspace, access, and the outdoor unit. I asked him if he had any questions before I get started. He told me no. I also informed him that I will be giving him a free dryer vent cleaning today. The customer did not want me to perform that for him today. So I did not. I then got started with the inspection over the system. Started in the crawlspace. Everything is clean and free of debris with no damage. I checked all electrical connections and amps rolls. I also checked the motor for oil leaks and proper bearing calibration. And I checked the evaporator coil for any signs of refrigerant leaks. After inspecting the indoor unit, I inspected the outdoor unit. All refrigerant pressures were proper within range. The contactor was good no damage. I did find that the 40/5 capacitor for the outdoor unit is reading slightly low. It is not be
