Arrived at customers residence and was greeted by customers friend and was led to the thermostat and it functioning properly put it in heat mode and went basement and it running at present. Sent endoscope camera into the burn tubes of the heat exchanger and found the 2 out of the four tubes have seams that are failing,at this time have couple of pictures to confirm findings also found that flame sensor is dirty causing furnace to shut off during the lighting process at this time. Refrigerant lines are tight and neat and Arma flex is intact and without any visible defects at this time . Inspected washable. Filter and it is extremely,matted and dirty at this time. Inspected blower motor and wheel and both are extremely dirty at this time. Entire cabinet,is very dirty with dust dirt and debris. Upon arrival spoke with customer and he explained where he wanted the outdoor unit placed. I explained we would have to come back once the ground is level and add a box to extend the voltage wires for the indoor head units. Will also need a whip to extend high voltage. Pulled refrigerant out of system into clean tank. Pulled outdoor unit and set it to the side. Started working on main house. Started downstairs, filter is dirty, went downstairs, coil is clear and no leaks at this time. Heat exchanger is tight. Blower is dirty. Filter downstairs is too small and in backwards. Can not clean drain line. Wires all tight, went outside, contacter checked out good. Capacitor is a 45/5 and checked out weak. Fan and compressor amped within specs. Refrigerant levels checked within manufacturing specifications. Compressor Megohmed green and the disconnect wires are tight. Upstairs, filter is dirty, coil is clear. Drain is clear. (Basement furnace)(gas furnace/straight ac) The evaporator coil is clean. The blower amps are 4.8 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The inducer motor amps are .36 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. I cleared all hoses. The flues are clear. The pressure switches are working properly at this time. I cleaned the flame sensor. The igniter is in good condition. The gas valve is working properly at this time. (LP) 10. The burners and heat exchanger are in good condition. The 16x25x1 filter is ready to be replaced. All wiring is tight and in good condition. The system is working properly at this time. The customer declined recommendations at this time.

The evaporator coil is clean and free of debris. The blower is clean and amps are 7.64 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The condensate drain is clear and flowing properly. All wiring is tight and in good condition. The compressor amps are 8.99 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. I cleaned the condenser coil. The condenser fan amps are .72 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. The refrigerant pressures are 250/112 in correct range per manufacturer specifications. (69 outside)(65 inside). The contactor is in good condition. The 45/5 run capacitor is in correct range per manufacturer specifications. Recommend an ez trap for the primary water safety on the furnace and insulating the suction line at the evaporator coil. The system is working properly at this time. The customer declined recommendations at this time but may schedule them for the end of the month.

Performed heating maintenance on one heat pump, one dual fuel and on mini split with two head units. Basement dual fuel system. Inspected blower assembly and evaporator coil for cleanliness, both are clean and free of debris. Inducer motor is currently amping within range of manufacture specifications at 1.6. Blower motor is also amping within range of manufacture specs at 5.4. Electrical connections are tight with no broken or frayed wires. Burners are in good condition with no debris. Flue is intact, graded correctly and draining properly. Gas pressure is correct for propane at 10inwc. Heat exchanger is in good condition with no signs of cracks, holes or rust. Removed flame sensor and cleaned. Confirmed all pressure switch tubes are clear. Tested 15uf blower capacitor and it is currently reading within range at 14.8. Recommend adding an eztrap to the drain to help prevent any condensation related issues in the future. Cycled heat pump on and checked operation. Condenser coil is

Call back was out Friday to replace pressure switches worked for a little while and then stopped working ran emergency call on Saturday checked system found inducer coming on but found pressure switch for flue not reading what it was supposed to found only reading -.20 supposed to be -.75 are higher, took flue off and started system back up found it to have good pressure on pressure switch and furnace fired up put flue back together started tracing flue why inducer was running could hear the flue pipe was full of water, cut the pipe and put a furnco fitting on temporary to allow fall on the flue it is running up hill very bad I got good fall right now but flue need to be cut out and rerun to give fall back to furnace not away from it, spoke to customer about club membership he is a veteran from the marine corps, he signed up for basic veteran club memebership, I have quoted repairs to flue also

. Upon arrival found pressure switch tripping out. Cleared the hoses and it was still acting up. I jumped the pressure switch out and it still trips. Pressure switch is bad. Ordered one from carrier. Customer has parts warrenty. Looked at the water heater and the gas was off turned the gas in and the water heater came on and ran for a put 5 minutes. No codes or anything. Customer said he would like for us to wait to look at the upstairs due to it not being used. Will need to return to put pressure switch on when it arrives. I ordered part to come to the shop.

A/c not going below 68 deg Basement furnace / evap coil Inspected blower and evap coil all clean free of debris, inspected blower amps 2.3 in range per manufacturer specs, inspected electrical wiring and connections none found burned are broken at this time, leak searched evap coil found no leaks, inspected filter was dirty pulled out inspected condensation drain blow out and tested all okay at this time, indoor working well at this time, inspected and tested t-stat all working good, Basement heat pump Inspected condenser coil all clean free of debris, inspected electrical wiring and connections none found burned are broken at this time, inspected contactor in good shape no pitting inspected capacitor it is in range per manufacturer specs, checked charge found system alittle low put 6 oz r410a in and checked super heat and subcooling, 9 deg of super heat and 8 deg of subcooling this is what the manufacturer wanted system dropped from 71 to 69 in 30 mins system is working well

*shane will be pricing up this job Went to home to add new flex 16 inch return and new return box could not pump down system do to the service valve had been stripped out when they installed system recovered all Freon from coil and outdoor cut coil out to get out the way pulled furnace and installed new emergency drain pan, pan switch, made new trans for supply duct put all system back together pulled a vacuum on system and charged ran system and checked out all working good, got with KC she said the noise is gone and sounds a lot better, basement system working great at this time, Upstairs system added a ez trap and emergency pan safety switch tested them all working good at this time,

Basement furnace/ heat pump started unit is emergency heat to test furnace because they where having problems with it not staying running deamed it to the flame sensor it would start one time then it would go right back off every few try’s from it not sensing flames, Inspected evap coil no access due to the flue is tight up agents the coil door no room to get door off took camera and to be able to see if the coil is dirty it was not it was cleaning at this time, inspected blower wheel very thin layer of dust on the wheel it is working fine at this time, inspected heat exchanger very little rust no holes are cracks found, inspected burners all clean free of rust in good working order, inspected flame sensor pulled and it was very dirty cleaned off installed back, inspected all electrical wiring and connections none found burned are broken at this time, inspected condensation drains on 90% furnace blow out and tested all working good at this time, inspected blower amps 4.5 in rang
