I had my cooling tune-up done today by McCown Company. The technician's name was Chad. He told me he had been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. And believe me it showed in his knowledge and work ethic. He was so nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and even programmed my thermostat for me. I felt like he went above and beyond to satisfy me. Thanks Chad! 5 stars!!!
