Chad has been my maintenance technician for at least 6 visits now. He tunes up the heating systems in Fall and the AC in Spring. He is polite and punctual and totally prepared to do a good job for both seasons. Carries the proper filters on his van and uses shoe coverings to keep the house floors clean.
