Commercial Refrigeration repair for a True walk-in cooler that is not cooling the space. Tested the operation of the system and found the compressor to have failed. Replaced the compressor and the system is fully operational.

Plumbing call. Set up ladders and worked with welder to install gas piping on roof. Installed vertical pipe from concrete pad up to roof and across high roof. Cut in expansion joint on high roof. Need to return to assist welder with lower roof and to install pipe down to meter location. Welder will be on site Monday at 8am. Call is complete.
HVAC Service call. Preventative Maintenance service completed per contracted agreement. All requirements per seasonal obligations have been met. Any issues found during PM service have been brought to the attention of the appropriate personnel and have been defined as either a critical or a non critical issue for their review. Talked to Tempure Scientific and they had me set the box temps and settings. Used USB stick provided for initial parameters install. Watched units cycle multiple times. No issues.
