Commercial Hvac Repair on a Rheem RTU that is cooling the space to much. Found thermostat was not set to read the remote sensor it was reading the temperature at the thermostat located in another room than the space being cooled, and found the coil completely iced up. Recommended commercial Hvac Repair to program the thermostat to read the remote sensor and defrost the evaporator coil .
