He also was very transparent in explaining that the current repair solution might be short lived and that I should be prepared for a larger cost in the near future. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue fairly quickly, about an hour, but the price was pretty high, I'm still trying to justify $450 for a capacitor and an install of MY store BOUGHT thermostat and a quick overall inspection and didn't and couldn't check the compressor due to the cold temperature outside, The tech was 5 stars but what the company charged, I could only justify 1 out of 5 stars
