Not only was he able to clear the clog from my kitchen sink drain, he very patiently answered all my questions about maintaining clear plumbing and how to avoid future issues. I had a toilet blockage that backed up into tub. My plumber was Carlos who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained process including potential complications. I also had a leaking valve in another toilet that I planned to replace, Carlos informed me he could install toilets as well same day. He allowed me to purchase 2 toilets and followed me to pick up toilets. He had a coworker, Omar, come to help. Omar was also professional And knowledgeable and engaging as well. Their work was excellent. They left every work area clean. I highly recommend
