My furnace died in my new house in early December, no less. Every employee I interacted with was professional and courteous. Doug procured a furnace for me within days and the techs had it installed within the week. Miller Oil dropped off space heaters for us to use in the interim to prevent the pipes from freezing and keep us comfortable. Russ, Alex and the 3rd tech (my apologies, I don't know your name) were efficient and patiently explained the system to me. Thanks to every one at Miller Oil!
