All Miranda service personnel are professional, courteous and really know what they are doing. We wouldn't be using Miranda for the past 34 years if we didn't feel very confident in the work and company. Norbert and Bruce were here for two different reasons and they were both fine representatives for Miranda and you should be commended for hiring such qualified people.
Waiting on return call from Mike in regards to pricing.
kevin was very neat, thorough ,professional, and personable. he shared his expertise. I would welcome him as by a-c service man at any time. a real gentleman.
Prices are extremely high. Your technician is the only reason I was willing to pay such extreme prices. He was a joy to have in our home and did excellent work. In my opinion, your company is very lucky to have Norbey Gonzales. He's the best thing you have going for you. I hope you are giving him the credit he deserves. The fancy trucks mean nothing. The skilled and nice technician is your best asset.
Great service great customer service Norbert was so mannerly and polite and I hope you have more people working for you because he represented your company to the upmost thank you
Kevin was great...he helped me understand how equipment works as well as making suggestions on future savings.
Service was very good. Technician was super. Costs were very high.
Only thing that I could add to your great service is when you get an appointment set up you get a window of 2 to 3 hours I don't know why you could say an hour and if the tech gets tied up on prior job just give next one a call and say I'm running late.
Excellent service and Jason was great told me what was wrong and the fix I would recommend him to everyone
We have used Miranda A/C, Plumbing and Electrical for 9 years. They consistently send the very best service people, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, to handle whatever is the problem/issue. No problem getting service within hours, maybe the next day, and being part of their "club" gives us substantial discounts, as well as a free yearly maintenance service for all three systems. We are 100% happy with Miranda, and you would be too. Today, we had Norby install a new toilet... you should see how beautiful it is. Norby was just what you would hope for in service, expertise and pleasantness.
