The Service Tech did an excellent job of analyzing the problem-short intervals of hot water caused by faulty heating element-and drained the tank and installed a new element. Excellent job!

Working on an AC maintenance, checked all electrical components and tightened all connections in indoor and outdoor units, checked amps, volts, pressures, blower, heat, thermostat, batteries, float switch, vacuumed drain line, rinsed condenser coil and polished unit, cleaned the interior and exterior of indoor unit with disinfectant, installed new drain pan strip replaced defective UV bulb.

Johns rental has two 1981 Mansfield toilets where both were having problems leaking. I called john who lives in Ohio and recommended to replace the toilets but he wanted the cheapest options. I recommended the major rebuild and said he needs to do a minor rebuild just to get by. He asked for a discount. I called the office, they said give 5%. John approved so I performed the work. Tested. Toilets are working ok. They do not leaks but flush poorly still. Also had to replace one bolt on each toilet because I made them leak when changing parts.

I went through and tested the elements and the top read 12.6 ohms and the bottom read 1 which means the bottom element is burned out. Drained tank and replaced bottom 4500 watt element and filled heater back up. Tested all work. Heater is back up and runnng with no more issues.

Robert had a small culligan water filtration system built into his water service line. He has had low pressure lately and he wasn't sure why so I looked at the old filter and after he told me that he doesn't ever get it serviced, I knew right away that the filter was the reason for low pressure. I offered a new filter but he turned it down so I straight piped in new 3/4" PVC and tested all work. Pressure is back to normal in the house now with no issues or leaks.
