Jason completed the installation of a new toilet at my parents' Tequesta home and did a great job. He was once again very personable and explained the details of what he hid. The original installation of the toilet that he removed was not properly done, and he explained the option avavilable to correct that issue, cost, and risk if no action was taken. Greatly appreciated that information. Job was well done, and everyone that assisted with scheduling and payment arrangements was very helpful. Thanks again!

Check on a Kohler shower valve, dripping. Remove all parts and install new balancing spool and existing cartridge and trim. Turn on water and check operation, all working properly.

Air-conditioning maintenance, cleaned the interior and exterior of indoor unit, rinsed condenser coil and polished unit, tightened all connections in indoor and outdoor units, checked amps, volts, pressures, blower, heat, thermostat and batteries, checked all electrical components, vacuumed drain line.
Returned to install gerber avalanche ADA height toilet in bone for Janet's mother. Removed old toilet to find no flange, only a 4" cast iron stub up and two bolts cemented into the floor. I told her I could probably make it work the way it was given they never had a problem with the old toilet leaking through the wax gasket. Installed the toilet. Tested all work. Toilet is functioning great with no issues or leaks.

Walter is a contractor who was working on plumbing in his clients home and he was having trouble installing a compression angle stop under the laundry room sink. I offered to replace both hot and cold valves and he accepted. I performed the work and tested. All is functioning as designed with no issues or leaks.

Janice needed me to perform a toilet rebuild on a light blue 1962 Crane Oxford. She had the water off already. After installing a fill valve, flapper, supply tube I noticed it was still leaking though the flush gasket. I've never seen that style before so I told her I may not be able to find the part and it could take days/weeks? She instead opted to have me install a new Gerber Avalanche ADA height in bone. I did not have one on the truck so I must return to install the toilet after it comes in.
