great service

my only dissatisfaction is that I thought since I became a club member I would receive the 15% off of this bill the first gentleman who came out said I would receive it and he told me it would be $1500 so what happened to my $150.00 discount ! my bill should have been $1350

Al had a hose bib near his pool which was leaking quite a bit. I could not see how it was attached to the pipe so I had to cut the wall a bit to reveal a solder joint. I had to remove the compressed fiberglass siding to unswept the old hose bib off. Resoldered a 2" extension and new 1/2" Qt brass hose bib and tested. Everything is working great now with no issues or leaks. Al will be replacing the siding himself.

Don and I high pressure jetted Jose's sewer after locating and excavating buried cleanout on front of house. I raised up the PVC cleanout 6" above grade in the landscaping area. We also camera inspected sewer line from cleanout to guest toilet and from cleanout to main sewer in street. All the sand and debris has been removed and the pipe is in great shape. Reset the guest bathroom toilet and tested all work. Everything is functioning as designed with no issues or leaks.
