Kevin was extremely diligent knowledgeable and professional. I could not ask for a better experience.
Just one issue regarding pricing for Maintenance pack for Pur Air Healthy comfort air filters and light bulb kit.
Great service. Friendly technician. Can't ask for anything better! Of course you have to sign up for their club membership to get the "free" yearly maintenance cleaning and check-up. The monthly fee is like $17 which I think us a bit high, but knowing they will take care of my system is worth the price. I've hade nothing but great experiences with Miranda.
Norbert was above and beyond great. Best I've ever had.
Miranda techs know what they’re doing and know how to explain their work. They inspected the entire air-conditioning system, identified the cause of the mold growth, rebuilt the faulty duct construction, replaced plastic grills with metal grills to affect seals and adjusted the system to avoid future mold growth. Once begun, the crew stayed on the job until the system was up and running (12 hours). I look forward to working with the entire Miranda program.
12 year old G.E water heater was leaking and tripping breaker. Gave client options. Install new 50 gallon electric Bradford white water heater, with new ball valve, new expansion tank, new drip pan and install new electric extension box, new wire to existing timer and new wire to tank. Fill up and turn on, check for any leaks, all working properly. Mike Miranda call inspection, we did not have to pipe outside.

Marcia had a substantial leak on her water service line underground where the 1" PVC adapts to 3/4" copper. I see it far too often, where they install a copper male adapter into a PVC female adapter and it eventually leaks. I replaced with a 1" coupling and 1"x3/4" bushing and a schedule 80 pvc nipple which adapts into a 3/4" copper female adapter. Tested all work. No issues or leaks just a lot of mud.

Johns 2 year old Insinkerator garbage disposal was humming when the switch was turned on. I checked in and out, nothing jamming it up inside the disposal or in the Ptrap. All moving parts were moving and the Alan wrench spun freely from underneath. I concluded that the motor was burned out and he needed a new disposal. I installed a 1/2 hp badger 5 which comes with a 2 year warranty. Tested all work. Everything is operating as designed with no issues or leaks.
