I have contracted A/C service with Miranda since 2011. They are the best in the area with highly-trained technicians. Both our toilets were clogged on a Sunday afternoon. I called Miranda Plumbing and I had one of their technicians within the hour. Norbey was professional, courteous and did an excellent job. After troubleshooting our problem he said the best words a customer in distress wants to hear "I will get it fixed soon". The toilets were clogged due to roots growing in the main pipe. We received and estimate ahead of time so we knew exactly what we were going to pay before any work was done, no surprises or additional costs. This is the second time I have called Miranda Plumbing so I was already familiar with their excellent service. I highly recommend Norbey and Miranda Plumbing.

Remove leaky water heater and install new 50 gallon electric Bradford white, with new ball valve, new expansion tank and new drip pan, turn on water, turn on power, check for any leaks, all working properly.

Shutoff water main at the meter box, and install new 3/4" ball Emergency valve with new hose bbb and vacumm breaker. Install new 1/2" hose Bibb by the porch with new vacumm breaker. Turn on water, check for any leaks, all working properly.
Hose Bibb leaking on back left corner of house. Shut for water main at the meter box, and install new quarter turn hose with with new vacumm breaker, extended out 1/2" water line , per client request. Turn on water and check operation. Fixed handle on emergency shut off, No charge.
Remove old toilet and install new Gerber Avalanche comfort height, replace wax seal, Jonny bolts, flex supply and set it on grout. Flush toilet several times, all working properly.
Perform a home plumbing inspection, check all toilets, drains, valves and service water heater. Found a leak under kitchen sink on right compartment. Install new steinless steel basket strainer and r connect drain, run plenty water, check for any leaks, all working properly.

Client had new kitchen counter top and need dishwasher discharge hose install. Gave some options. Install new garbage disposal, install new dishwasher tail piece, new p trap, cut out old abs pipe and install new pvc with new quick vent. Ran plenty water, ran dishwasher, remove front panel, check for any leaks m all working properly.
Toilet in guest bathroom was running. Install new fill valve, new flapper and new flex supply. Turn on water , adjusted water level, flush toilet several times, working properly.
Return trip due to finding failures upon doing maintenance service during maintenance service found fan motor leaking bearing oil, over and camping and overheating also found dual run capacitor out of range parts are under warranty he therefore ordered and returned to replace, test and check operation system operating correctly at this time
Toto toilet running in daughter's bathroom. Install new Korky fill valve, new blue Toto flapper and new flex supply. Flush toilet several times, working properly. Sink on right side same bathroom, not draining. Took apart P.Trap, snake it out and clean up pop up assembly. Install back, ran plenty water, draining properly.
Install Client supply toilet , Glacier Bay I &II, set it in grout replacing wax seal, Jonny bolts and flex supply. Shut off water main and install new angle stop for toilet, also, two new angle stops for bathroom faucet and new pop up assembly . Turn on water and check for any leaks, all working properly.
Client drop a perfume cap in toilet in master bathroom, gave him options on resetting it or replace. Install new Gerber Viper, comfort height, replacing wax seal, Jonny bolts and set it on grout. Set water level and flush toilet several times, working properly.
Remove leaky garbage disposal and install new Insinkearator 3/4 H.P, re connected electric, dishwasher discharge hose and P.trap. Ran plenty water , ran dishwasher, check for any leaks, all working properly.
