Remove old faucet and install new goose neck, center pull out kitchen faucet in white finish. Re connect water lines and check for any leaks, all working properly.
Toilet in master bathroom not working. Gave client some options. Performed a major rebuild, replacing: flush valve, fill valve, flapper, tank to bowl kit with new bolts, new tank lever and flex supply. Flush toilet several times, working properly.
Working on a Lennox AC maintenance, checked amps, volts, pressures, blower, heat, float switch, thermostat, checked all electrical components and tightened all connections in indoor and outdoor units, vacuumed drain line, rinsed condenser coil and polished unit, cleaned the interior and exterior of indoor unit with disinfectant, installed new filter and drain pan strip.
Install new humidistat camera test the system, units are in operation at this time.
Hook up new stove using gas flex client supply. Turn on gas sprayed fittings to check for any leaks, turn on burners, all working properly.

Home plumbing inspection. Install new 1222b cartridge in kitchen faucet, client supply. Install new quarter turn hose Bibb with vacumm breaker by front entrance. Turn on water and check operation, all working properly.
On arrival client states that system is not cooling check system and found system out of refrigerant due to condenser corroded and leaking from coil system is corroded due to salt air condenser needs to be replaced or complete system if cannot find ARI match to complete job correctly and pass County code inspection
