Friendly, professional and went above board to assist. Having kitchen remodeled and in addition to hooking u sink/garbage disposal, etc he checked for leaks - including the dishwasher of which a small leak in the line was discovered and he fixed. Understand Miranda doesn't normally work on appliances, but so appreciate this little added assistance.

Working on an AC maintenance, checked all electrical components and tightened all connections in indoor and outdoor units, checked amps, volts, pressures, blower, heat, thermostat, batteries, float switch, vacuumed drain line, rinsed condenser coil and polished unit, cleaned the interior and exterior of indoor unit with disinfectant, installed new filter and drain pan strip.
Check on a leak under kitchen sink, ( we did install a new kitchen faucet two weeks prior to this issue ); unfortunately, leak coming from garbage disposal at this time. Install new 1/2 H.P garbage disposal, re connect drain, ran dishwasher, check for any leaks, all working properly.

Install new 11/4" brass pop up assembly and re connected drain. Ran plenty water and check for any leaks. In master bathroom, install new female tub spout with divertor and chalked around.

Removed old water heater and install new 50 gallon natural gas , 6 year warranty with new ball valve, new expansion tank, new copper pipe and fittings, new drip pan piped to the floor, new relief valve pipe to drip pan. Re connected gas, turn on water, turn on heater and adjusted tempeture, all working properly.
Gordon just switched insurance companies and they came in and pointed out that he needed the replace two supply tubes for his upstairs bathroom lav faucet. He also showed me a couple other issues he had, one was low pressure in shower on first floor, second was broken handle on dual valve under kitchen sink. I quoted accordingly and he chose to only make the required repair for today. I installed the new supply tubes, tested, everything is well now with no issues or leaks.

Parris had an 8 yr old American standard toilet in his guest bath which was leaking water from tank to bowl. I offered to replace fill valve and 3" flapper and he accepted. Installed parts and dye tested. No more leaks or issues and he is happy with the work performed.
