Upon arrival client states that supply grills are sweating and that system has iced up several times before mechanical service check found that filters are dirty due to large hello going to attic therefore pulling in a lot of attic dust system in need of cleaning also in need of start assist package due to system cooling high amperage on start up replace return grills re-insulate copper lines and repair low-voltage wiring
Fix toilet in master bathroom making a gurgling noise, by replacing fill valve and adjusting water level. Turn on switch to ice maker, snake out kitchen sink using 100 drum machine, fill up sink, draining properly.
Check on toilet in master bathroom, Mark just fix, making angurgling noise, adjusted fill valve and float tube, working properly. Turn ON, switch to ice maker. Snake out kitchen line using 100 drum machine, fill up sink, draining properly.

Performed air-conditioning maintenance on first floor system sanitize system to reduce biological growth clear drain line added treatment package to reduce algae growth check pressures components and operation of system found filters for system incorrect size and grab that therefore suggest replacement of filter with direct size filter also suggest replacement of duel warrantee outdoor and indoor capacitor capacitors are out of range
Remove old flexes from water heater and convert cpvc to copper, installing new expansion tank, new ball valve and drip pan.
Plumbing repair for leak in ceiling. Shut off water meter and found the guest bath toilet supply line leaking a large amount of water also a hose bib was dripping. Repair both issues and visually inspect the pipes in the attic. Ran fixtures to bleed any air out. Checked meter and it was not spinning.
