It's not inexpensive to have our yearly contract, but we have found it worth it on several occasions. Great peace of mind as well, as our systems are old. Moncrief has made a point of helping us maintain our old but serviceable equipment, rather than try to sell us a new system. They have enjoyed the challenge I think!
