Damage from storm, outdoor system has been knocked down, see photos, both service valves need to be replaced.
Found leak at tankless water coil not related to emailed over estimate left a voice mail for callback
Upon arrival found leaking pipe connection on downstairs (Music Room) copper water line. We will return and do all repairs at once for the boiler and the pipe connection.
Small condensate leak at the head unit, tube insulation loose, repair and test with water.
Mini split cleaning: cleaned off all air filter systems on each head unit. All air movement systems were clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Checked all wiring which were clean and secure. Outdoor wiring looked clean and secure. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Cleaned all filter all evaporator coils are clean. Housings are clean getting Appropriate heat rises. Checked units for error codes. condenser coil is clean. Eletracal connections are tight Checked outside units operation normal at this time.
Replaced condesate pump test ran operation normal at this time ol
Checked air conditioning system. Found system opererating properly upon arrival. 130/290. Sh 11, SC 9. 18o delta t. Advised customer system requires yearly maintenance.air filter clean. Condensate clear.
