Performed club rejuvenation cleaning on nine air handler and three condenser. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness, are tight and secured. Cleaned blower wheels as needed checked filters. Cleaned drains and wiped down the body and louvers to all air handlers. Checked for error codes wiped down outdoor units and checked all electrical wiring test ran systems, system is operating as intended at this time
WO-TNFR225989 shut down water bleed boiler down. Replaced pressure relief valve, expansion tank. Flushed system. An checked all radiators and bleed as need. System is operating as designed at this time
Found bad pressure relief valve will need to replace

Gas hot water boiler cleaning, cleaned burner tubes checked all safety's and limits. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured
Ac club rejuvenation: checked all air movement system in each head unit which were all clean and clear of debris and signs of concern or worry. Checked all air filter system which were all dirty so we used soapy water and a sponge to clean them off. Checked all wiring inside each head units electrical compartment which were all clean and secure. Cleaned off inside and outside of each head unit with proper wipes. All outdoor unit wiring were clean and secure. Checked coils on each outdoor unit which were dirty so I used cleaner and wipes to clean off. Cleaned off inside and outside of each outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. All 3 systems were up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Did gas boiler cleaner did combustion check 8 ppm Co. Cleaned burners. Eletracal connections are tight. Also found pressure reduceing valve has failed should be replaced and repaired for new style. Did mini split cleaning evaporator coil and blowers are clean operation normal for all minisplit units.
Club mini split rejuvenations, Cleaned off all eight of the air handlers filters. All eight of the air handlers have secure electrical connections. Cleaned off all eight of the air handlers coils. Wd40 wipe down of all the indoor units. All of the air handlers have between a 16-22 degrees delta t. Interrogated head units for error codes, none were found. Cleaned off all three of the outdoor units coils. All of the outdoor units have secured electrical connections. All of the outdoor voltage enhancement systems are within their allowable faults. Wd40 wipe down of the outdoor units, all three systems are operating correctly at this time.
Stopped at customer home. Not home. Spoke with him on phone and explained warranty coverage and new qoutw. No decision at this time.
Club ac cleaning mini split unit, took apart wall unit and vacuumed and brushed dirt out of coils, brushed and vacuumed blower wheel, filters cleaned by customer, cleaned exterior of unit with rag and water. Customer noticed a odd hissing sound coming from unit, I also noticed and he would like to get a service tech to come out, possibly same issue happened last year. Unit doesn't feel like it's cooling as it should be but when I put thermometer to it on 65 it reads 65-67 coming out unit. No other issues Outdoor unit, cleaned coils with brush, cleaned exterior with rag and wd40, no issues.
Returned and made repairs as per estimate, test operation.
