Heat rise for attic system is 30 degrees. Changed air filter. Static pressure .41 inWC. Indoor and outdoor coils are clean. Coils have no refrigerant leaks. Compressor amps read 15.2 amps. rated 22.1 amps and is good. Outdoor fan amps reads 1.3 and is rated for 1.8 and is good. Indoor voltage enhancement system rated 20uf actual is 19.3 uf and is within the allowable fault. Performed leak search. Outdoor voltage enhancement system rated 75/10uf actual is 80/9.7uf and is not within factory spec or the allowable fault range. Recommend replacing voltage enhancement system as this can cause high amperage to occur casing more wear and tear on the outdoor motors. 1st and 2nd floor systems have a .4inWC static pressure. Compressors are good at 1000 megaohms. All indoor fans are clean. Auxiliary heat systems are working properly. Coils have no leaks. All electrical connections are tight. Found problem with air circulation system.
All furnace rejuvenations: kitchen heat rise was 58, other kitchen heat rise was 64. Changed out both units filters because both were dirty. Both systems air movement systems were clean and clear of all debris so I just wiped off with wipes to make sure there was no signs of dirt, dust and debris. All wiring for both systems was clean and secure with no signs of concern. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor units with proper cleaner and wipes. Checked both systems voltage enhancement systems which were both running within factory spec of the system. Checked both systems voltage gateway systems which were all clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor units with proper cleaner and wipes. Both systems were up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit. 3rd floor system was not running upon arrival. Returned and serviced 3rd floor system on 9/27/23: heat rise is 55 degrees. Filter was already changed when we
Found no power to system controls. Corrected problem. System operating at this time.
Pumping system has failed, customer is going to order a replacement system and wants us to install, no warranty on new equipment.
Checked all ac units. 1st floor getting a 18 degree delta t. 2nd floor unit 20 degree delta t. 3rd floor 21 degree delta t. Changed filter on 3rd floor. All others filters customer recently changed and look fine. All evaporator and blower wheels are clean eletrical connections are tight Checked all drainlines cleared drainline for 3rd floor. Cleaned indoor heat transfer media. Installed new air filter that is the correct size 16x24x1. Installed new battery for thermostat. Tested drain with one gallon of water. Operation normal at this time.
Removed and cleaned blower assembly. Cleaned interior of air Handler. Cleaned indoor and outdoor heat transfer medium. Installed primary water safety switch. Installed secondary water safety switch, secured exposed duct with new insulated wrapping.
3rd floor unit getting a 21 degree delta t. Blower is dirty. Duct work needs insulation wrap repaired. Recommend emergency shut off switch in secondary pan.recommend new primary shut off switch in Condensate trap. First/second floor rear unit found electrical circuit turned off.reset power. Inspected equipment. 15 delta t. Condenser clean. System operating properly at this time. First/second floor front ,also electrical circuit turned off. Reset power and system ran properly at this time.
