Found problem with voltage enhancement system in outdoor unit. Performed basic voltage enhancement system renovation. Checked operation. WO-TNFR205577
Found indoor fan wasn't running upon arrival. Checked Voltage enhancement system factory specs 7.5uf actual 7.3uf Air movement system factory specs 1.6amps actual 1.34amps. Supply air 54 degrees return air74 degrees Delta T 20 degrees. Reset the whole system powered everything down and restarted system is performing as intended
AC cleaning indoor air movement system has ECM motor, sprayed heat transfer media system with cleaner, checked all electrical wiring found two wire nuts missing. Added to wire nuts to low voltage wiring all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured. Drain line is clean and clear, mount pan switch to side of secondary overflow pan. Has a Delta T temp 18 degree Outdoor air movement system factory specs 0.50 amps actual 0.48 amps. Compressor RLA factory specs 9.00 amps actual 3.90 amps, voltage enhancement system factory specs 30/5uf actual 29/4.90uf . Checked all electrical wiring connectors and connection are tight and secured, Heat transfer media system is clean, system is functioning as intended at this time
Delta T is 19 degrees. Air filter was changed recently. Cleaned out debris. Water removal system is clean. Leak searched indoor and outdoor heat transfer systems and found no leaks. Air circulation system is clean. Indoor voltage enhancement system is within factory spec at this time. Checked all wiring and was tight. Outdoor amp readings are within factory spec. Outdoor voltage enhancement system is within factory spec as well. Electrical gateway is a little pitted. Outdoor and indoor heat transfer systems are clean. Operation normal at this time.
Performed AC cleaning rejuvenation checked heat transfer media system is clean,16X20X1 filter is clean, air movement system factory specs 1.75amps actual 0.96amps, voltage enhancement system factory specs 10uf actual is 10uf , blower wheel is clean at this time, checked all electrical wiring harness and connectors are tight and secured, cleaned out EZ trap, trap is functioning as intended supply air temp 52 degrees return air temp 69 degrees Delta T 17 degrees, compressor RLA factory specs 10.9amps actual 4.80amps outdoor air movement system factory specs 0.95amp actual 0.79amps condenser coil is clean voltage gateway is functioning as intended contacts are clean and no pitting, voltage enhancement system factory specs 35/5uf actual 34/4.80uf checked all electrical wiring connectors and connection are tight and secured system is functioning as intended
WO-TNFR104794 replaced indoor and outdoor control system test ran operation normal at this time

Installing new 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump and Air Handler. Moving unit to side of the house (right outside the wall from the air handler) because line set runs through the slab and can’t be replaced.
