I was very impressed with the sweetness oh Justin and the other man sorry did not get his name. I got the job done and it was well done all Precautions to take care of my floors everything neat and clean and precisely done with my grandson come home he checked it out he said it was an awesome job and he appreciated the heat people say that moon is too high I can't say that and I can say that I would certainly recommend again thank you for a job well done

No heat from the indoor system, checked for codes E7 outdoor fan system failure, talked with the factory and equipment has 5 year parts warranty.
Upon arrival, found there was a GFI wired incorrectly. After rewiring the GFI, I was able to restore power to both bathrooms as well bedroom near kitchen. There are still issues with no power to lighting in the home. Informed customer the remaining issues will need to be resolved with a deep dive troubleshooting which will be quoted as an estimate.

No A/C, outdoor fan running but not the pumping system, checked and found that the outdoor voltage enhancement system had failed factory spec 30/5, actual 0/4.1, replaced and test ran, compressor run load amps factory spec 12.4, actual 8.3, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.5, actual 1.3, operation normal at this time, do not recommend any other repairs due to the age and obsolete coolant. Ac inspection: delta t was 19. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Air filter system was clean and recently changed out by customer. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear. Voltage enhancement system was running at 31/4.8uf. Factory spec is a 35/5uf so I’m giving the customer an estimate on replacing this part. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. System was up and running at normal operation of them to visit.
No heat gas Warm Air, checked system and found that it short cycles, checked inlet gas pressure 12.2"wc, cleaned flame sensor, manifold pressure 10.5"wc, flame current 2.2uamps, operation normal at this time.
This scope of work includes: -running new 50A circuit to front side of house near porch to a weatherproof box -installing new 50A breaker in electrical panel and making termination for electric vehicle circuit. -putting the wire in the entry hall wall in a round box to code for newly installed future light.
This estimate includes: -installing 2 ceiling fans (one which needs a switch and switch leg/box installed) -installing 2 outdoor motion lights (one to a box which currently does not have power so I will be troubleshooting one light box before installing new light) -add an old work box to outdoor light on right side of house to bring box for fixture up to code -run new 240volt circuit for dryer and terminate to newly installed dryer box near water heater -installing weatherproof outdoor box on back porch and feeding box with new wire from switch box in living room. -replace "pump house" switch box on front porch with new surface mounted box and single pole switch
